This free dinner includes turkey, mashed potatoes & gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, and more. Over 100 volunteers, including Veridian staff and directors, Family Auxiliary #273, UAW Local 838 members, and the UAW retirees will prepare and serve the dinner. Free haircuts will be provided by Frenchie from the Clip Art Corner.
Reservations for the meal are not needed, although free rides within Black Hawk County must be reserved before November 14. Home-delivered meals will be made available to people who currently receive service with Meals on Wheels in Waterloo and Cedar Falls.
