Veridian announces election results at 2024 Annual Meeting.

Veridian members elected three Directors and two Associate Directors at the 90th Annual Meeting held on Tuesday, April 23. Votes were cast online from March 19 through April 18.
Veridian Credit Union’s Board of Directors and Associate Directors are responsible for ensuring strategic alignment with Veridian’s mission, vision, and values through their legal, leadership, and stewardship obligations. This is accomplished by collaborating as a governing body, acting in good faith and harmony to collectively carry out fiduciary and legal responsibilities in the best interest of all members.
Veridian's Directors elected at the 2024 Annual Meeting are:
- Bill Boevers
- Cynthia Buettner
- Will Montgomery
Veridian's Associate Directors elected at the 2024 Annual Meeting are:
- Jeff Niemeier will serve a three-year term
- Selvedina Nuhanovic will serve a two-year term
Veridian's Executive Committee was elected following the Annual Meeting. Elected officers are as follows:
- Chair: Stephanie Atkin
- Treasurer: Larry Loss
- Chair Elect: Traci McBee
- Treasurer Elect: Nick Waters
- Secretary: Bill Boevers
