The application process
Applying for a Mortgage Loan can be very intimidating. You're asked specific details about your income, assets, and debts.
Closing
After your loan is approved, a closing date will be set. The closing will take place at the office of our attorney. If you are purchasing a new home, the seller usually will be at the closing to transfer ownership to you. During the closing you will be reviewing and signing several loan papers. The closing agent or attorney conducting the closing should be able to answer any questions you have.
