Summary

The Robotic Process Automation Analyst (RPA) Analyst is responsible for the development, administration, and monitoring of automated processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots. The RPA Analyst will work with subject matter experts to outline, develop, test and implement RPA processes. The RPA Analyst will also serve as a liaison between Veridian and the RPA software provider.

Essential Functions

  • Develop a RPA roadmap and strategy aligned with the credit union's goals and objectives. 
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business processes suitable for automation using RPA technologies. 
  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations to management on the potential of implementing RPA solutions. 
  • Design, document, develop, and configure RPA solutions using industry-leading automation tools and technologies. 
  • Stays current with new application functionality and enhancement. 
  • Serve as a backup to the Member Relationship Management (MRM) Administrator. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements for process automation. 
  • Oversee the implementation and testing of RPA solutions, ensuring successful integration with existing systems.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed RPA bots, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or errors. 
  • Regularly review and update RPA processes to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements. 
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, addressing inquiries, and resolving RPA-related problems.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of RPA processes to ensure adherence to security and data protection protocols. 
  • Analyze process performance data and generate reports, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency gains. 
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on RPA tools, processes, and best practices. 
  • Foster a culture of automation and innovation within the credit union, promoting RPA awareness and knowledge sharing. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Travel

Limited travel expected.

Required Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 4+ years. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities. 

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. 
  • Understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and industry best practices. 
  • Working knowledge of web development or programming concepts.
  • Experience implementing and managing RPA solutions within a financial institution or credit union environment.
  • Proficiency in Fiserv DNA banking platform. 
  • Familiarity with data integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and web services.
