Difference may include and is not limited to: Race, Gender, Ethnicity, Physical ability, Sexual orientations, Parental status, Economic status, Geographic background, Work styles, Thinking styles, Communication styles, Aspirations, Practiced beliefs/values, Attitudes and Expectations.

Inclusion: an environment where all people are valued.

Inclusive behavior may look like the following:
 

• Practices and behaviors that respect the uniqueness of all groups and individuals.
• Acknowledgement of all differences among people by including appreciation for group identities without being restricted by those identities.
