My Veridian card was lost or stolen. What should I do?
It is important to notify us immediately if your Veridian ATM, debit or credit card is ever lost or stolen. You can block your card and request a new one by logging into your account in online banking or the Veridian mobile app. In the mobile app select "More" to view the main menu and select "Cards" and “Report Card Lost or Stolen.” On desktop, select "Cards" and then "Report Card Lost or Stolen". From there you can block the lost or stolen card and order a new one. The new card can be mailed to your address, or you can stop into a branch to pick it up.
