What to do if My Cards is not showing up in my Veridian mobile app?

Please update your Veridian mobile app from the Apple app store or Google Play Store. After updating and logging in, you should see My Cards under the Cards main menu within the Veridian mobile app. If you are still unable to see My Cards in your app, please contact us. 

How do I set up credit and debit card alerts in My Cards?

• Alerts can be setup in My Cards under Cards in online banking.
• Once in My Cards, you can select Controls & Alerts from the menu and select as many controls and alerts as you would like.

Note: If you set up controls, businesses you use may process transactions outside their physical location. For example if you are at a local Starbucks buying coffee, your transaction will process out of Washington state, so your control may block this transaction. 

Which types of cards can I see in My Cards? Why can't I see cards in online banking?

You will see debit and credit cards you are an owner of. You will no longer see joint cards or minor cards. 

How do I report a card lost or stolen?

You will be able to report a card lost or stolen under Cards in online banking.

How to I dispute a fraudulent transaction in online banking?

You will be able to dispute a transaction in online banking under Cards in online banking. 

How do I find card rewards in online banking?

Rewards on cards you own can be viewed in My Cards located under Cards in online banking. 

How can I set up travel notifications in My Cards? 

• Travel notifications can be set up inside My Cards in Cards in online banking.
• Select each card and enter your travel plan. You will need to complete this for each card individually. Great news, you will not need to set up any travel notifications for ATM cards.  

How can turn my credit and debit cards off in online banking

Cards can be turned on and off in My Cards located under Cards in online banking. 

How can I set up additional controls for my credit and debit cards in online banking?

The following types of controls can be set up by accessing My Cards within online banking. Once in My Cards, you can select Controls & Alerts from the menu and select as many controls and alerts as you would like. We recommend setting alerts for all controls you set up, so you can see when a control is activated.
