What is a Security code/TIN?

The Security code/?TIN is a 4-digit confidential number selected when the membership was established. We use the Security code/?TIN to identify a member when calling the credit union or using chat. If you are unaware of your Security code/?TIN, you can request to have it mailed by using Chat, giving us a call, or you can stop at any branch office and receive it by showing a photo ID.
