Veridian's mortgage lending team recently received the 2021 Diamond Lender award from the Iowa Finance Authority. Veridian helped 220 IFA borrowers with mortgages totaling over $27 million, which is the highest IFA loan volume of any lender in the state.

Veridian partners with the Iowa Finance Authority to help low- and moderate-income Iowa homebuyers. Borrowers work with Veridian to access IFA’s down-payment and closing-cost assistance programs.

"Increasing the number of homeowners in our communities, especially those who have historically faced discriminatory lending practices, is one of the key pieces of our diversity, equity and inclusion strategy.
