Top Workplaces

Veridian was recently ranked among the top 50 employers in the U.S. with 500-999 employees by Energage, LLC's annual Top Workplaces USA program. The credit union has ranked as a Top Workplace among the top five large employers in Iowa for eight consecutive years. This is the first time Energage has ranked Veridian nationally for Top Workplaces recognition, giving an inaugural national ranking of 42.

"Being recognized nationally as a Top Workplace is meaningful because it's based on our employees' feedback. It's a reflection of our culture and the environment we all help create."

The recognition is based on employee feedback from engagement surveys administered by Energage that anonymously measure employees agreement with "culture imperatives," including  alignment with company values, whether employees feel appreciated, innovation and more. The survey also measures  engagement, retention, confidence in company leaders, pay, benefits and more.
