Prairie Trail Penny Guess Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions regarding the Penny Guess are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Veridian Credit Union. No purchase, payment or donation is necessary and doing so will not increase the likelihood of winning. Winner is not required to open an account or be a Veridian member. Veridian employees, their immediate family and board members are not eligible to enter. One entry per person. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. The retail value of the prize is $100.00. Drawing entry valid 9/16/24 – 9/20/24. The entrant with the closest guess wins. In the event of a tie, the winner will be drawn at random from all the closest entries. Winner will be contacted the week of 9/22/24. Need not be present to win. Winner will be notified by phone within one business day of the applicable drawing date. Failure to respond to notification within 48 hours or an inability of Veridian to reach a potential prize winner may result in forfeiture of the prize. The unclaimed prize may be disposed of at Veridian’s discretion. Sponsor is Veridian Credit Union, 1827 Ansborough Ave., Waterloo, IA 50701. Void where prohibited by law.
