What is Affirmative Action?

Veridian currently has an Affirmative Action plan designed to ensure equal employment opportunities. A central premise underlying Affirmative Action is that, absent discrimination, over time a workforce will reflect the gender, racial, and ethnic profile of the labor pools from which we recruit and select.
