I received an email from Veridian. Is it legitimate?

Veridian does send emails to our members regarding special promotions, products, services, and critical communication. If you do not wish to receive these updates, you are able to opt out at any time. You can verify any email from Veridian by looking at the email key at the bottom and contacting us to confirm its leginimacy. This key is a way for us to combat phishing.

If you are signed up for eStatements, you will receive a monthly statement notification when your statement is ready. You may also receive email from one of our Member Service Representatives if you apply for an account or loan online, if you requested that information or documents are sent to you, or if you're signed up for email alerts with Mobile Banking.

Remember, Veridian does not and will not ask for sensitive information via email. We will not ask you to confirm your social security number, PIN, or other sensitive information. If you receive an email that asks for this type of information, or you want to confirm whether an email you've received is legitimate, please contact us.
