Block your card and order a new one in online or mobile banking.

We’ve made it easier for you to report your Visa® debit or credit cards as lost or stolen. Now, you can permanently block your card and order a new one in online banking and our mobile app.
Start by:
- Logging into your online banking account.
- Navigating to “Manage Cards” on the toolbar.
- Selecting “Report Card Lost or Stolen” from the drop-down menu.
After ordering your new card, you can choose whether you want it mailed to your address, or if you want to stop at a branch to pick it up.
Once you have blocked your card, it cannot be undone. To turn your card off temporarily, use “Card Control” in online banking instead.
